Jousting with Fear: A Conversation with Kristin Noelle [Video]

Jousting with Fear: A Conversation with Kristin Noelle from Susan Falcone on Vimeo.

How many of us are willing to admit our innermost struggles with fear?

Or should I say "fears"?

Fear is ever-present and ever-changing, and we're not always aware of how we constantly side-step it, or how it can break us down and hold us back.

Sadly, many women's lives are consumed by fear. The consequences of acquiescing to fear are acute and chronic alike.

Thankfully, trust coach, writer and illustrator Kristin Noelle is dedicated to mastering the art of what she believes is fear's nemesis— practicing trust.

In Kristin's deeply heartfelt blog, Trust Tending, she explores issues that range from sexuality to spirituality to motherhood to profession (and far beyond), all from the context of being mindful of our fears so we can learn to develop a deeper trust in all that is good around us. That feeling she describes as "feeling soft and receptive inside, rather than tight and tense, or needing your fists up."

And she does this from a very vulnerable and personal place. One that I trust.

I invite you listen to this deeply heartfelt conversation I had with Kristin Noelle on the issues of her greatest fears, and how she has created her own power tools to lift her through them, with grace and gratitude.

We also discuss the poignant issue of the disappointment of our expectations of life not panning out how we planned, and where beauty springs from that grief.

I invite you to visit Trust Tending at www.kristinnoelle.com/, on Facebook and Twitter.
